Snack: Balance Bar
Lunch: Turkey w/Red Peppers on Whole Wheat; R.F. Triscuits
Post-workout – 1/2 Muscle Milk
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Wrap; Corn; Carrots
4-5 Amstel Lights (night out in NYC)
