Snack: Balance Bar
Lunch: 12 oz. Grilled Swordfish; Edamame
Snack: Almonds; Single Serving Jack Link’s Beef Jerky; 1 serving Herr’s Whole Grain Flax Seed Pretzel Sticks
Dinner: 10 oz. Top Sirloin (Grilled) with Mixed Vegetables
Post-workout: Myoplex Shake
Snack: 2 Clementine Oranges

Workout got cut short tonight unfortunately.. although I can’t say I was that upset about it! First time ever doing the Turkish Get Up and this is far and away the most difficult exercise I’ve ever done. Will be looking forward to trying it again next week though.
