B-fast: 1 packet Oatmeal w/1 cup Blackberries & Raspberries
Post-workout: Myoplex Shake
Lunch: 4 eggs (2 yolks) with Turkey Omelet
Snack: 4 TJ’s Turkey Meatballs
Dinner: Whole Wheat Penne w/Simply Enjoy Vodka Sauce;  Dessert: Breyers Carb Smart Fudge Bar
Snack: 1 cup Cheerios
